Special Notice For Space Systems Command Strategic Services Vehicle (SSSV) Program BPA – Cybersecurity Support

Amendment #1: (31 July 2025): The purpose of this amendment is to rectify GSA eBuy opportunities by allowing all WOSB qualified offerors to submit proposals.

This is a SPECIAL NOTICE for the Strategic Services Vehicle program Commercial Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) services BPA Constellations that the Request for Quote (RFQ) has been posted to GSA eBuy. All quotes shall be submitted through GSA eBuy only. Quotes submitted through this special notice or directly through the POC emails will not be accepted.
