The City of Driggs, Idaho is accepting sealed bids at the business office of the City Clerk, 60 S Main St, until 1:00 P.M., prevailing local time, Wednesday, March 25, 2026 for the following project:
5TH STREET PARK AND RIDE
At 1:05 P.M. on the same day all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall
Conference Room, 60 S Main Street.
The Project consists of expanding the paved area and improving the Driggs 5th Street Park & Ride.
Approximately 11,000 square feet of asphalt parking will be added to the site, along with ribbon curb,
vertical curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalks, including an ADA pathway from the existing 5th Street
multi-modal pathway to the 5th Street Park and Ride Bus pick-up and the City of Driggs Public Works
building. In total 57 parking spaces will be provided on site. Associated work includes grading, light pole
installation, bulk water station relocation, power conduit and supply, erosion control measures, landscape and irrigation, stormwater improvements, and other related site work.
Bid forms, bidding instructions and conditions, contract documents, plans and specifications may be
obtained at Driggs City Hall, 60 S Main Street, for a non-refundable fee of $20.00, or downloaded below.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 P.M., local time, on Wednesday, March 11, 2026,
at Driggs City Hall, 60 S Main St. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not
mandatory. All questions should be sent to the Engineer of Record, Sarah Foster, at
sarah.foster@harmonydesigninc.com before 5:00 p.m. on March 11, 2026.
Idaho Public Works Licenses are not required to bid but are required prior to contract award.
This project is partially funded by a Federal grant is subject to certain Federal grant conditions, including
non-discrimination, Buy American, and Davis Bacon Wage Act requirements. Bidders and Contractors
must comply with the requirements set forth in the project specifications. Please contact the City for
clarification and applicability.
The City of Driggs, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 2964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C.
2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A,
Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally –assisted programs of the Department of
Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure
that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as
defined at 49 CFR Part 23 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation
and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability in
consideration for an award.
Any objections to the contents or terms of the Specifications shall be raised at least five (5) days prior to
bid opening or it shall be deemed to have been waived.
The City reserves that right to reject any and all bids.
