Systemic Signalized Intersection Improvements

The CITY OF BATTLE GROUND is seeking qualifications from engineering consulting services to develop a final design to convert permitted phasing to flashing yellow arrow and upgrade signals to larger lenses and reflectorized backplates at four locations.   Deliverables to include a construction cost estimate, set of construction plans, and construction specifications.  Estimated Start date is June 9, 2025 and estimated end date is December 31, 2026. The consultant contract will be a Local Agency A&E Professional Services Negotiated Hourly Rate Consultant Agreement.

Proposals are due no later than 10:00 a.m. on May 14, 2025.  Qualification requirements, special provisions, schedule for the procurement process, and how the consultant will be evaluated are available at the website above.

No DBE goal has been assigned to this project, however there is a voluntary 10% SBE goal on this project.

The agency reserves the right to supplement the consultant agreement into future phases (RW, CN)
