FIRE STATION 43 INTERIOR RENOVATION
General Notice
The City of La Vergne (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
FIRE STATION 43 INTERIOR RENOVATION
ITB #2026-05
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of La Vergne City Hall located at 5093
Murfreesboro Road La Vergne, TN 37086, until Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time. At
that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Mailed Bids must be received at the
following address prior to the date and time listed above: City of La Vergne, Attn: Bruce Richardson, 5093
Murfreesboro Road, La Vergne, TN, 37086.
The Project includes the following Work:
* Interior Renovation of an existing fire station including restroom/locker room facilities, laundry
room, offices, sleeping area (approximately 2,720 SF)
* Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing work associated with the renovation
* Concrete floor repair/replacement for heavy duty engine bay floor (approximately 264 SF)
* Temporary accommodations for firefighters during construction
Owner does not have an estimated Project total bid price. Nor has an expected duration been determined.

Prospective Bidders are urged to register with Gary Lide PE, City Engineer at glide@lavergnetn.gov. The
designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports,
and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and
other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor
Architect will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources
other than the designated website.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time at
1500 E Nir Shreibman Blvd, La Vergne, TN 37086. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged
but not required.
