SUBCONTRACTOR BID SOLICITATION
Alessi Keyes Construction, acting as Construction Manager-Agent for Lonoke County, Arkansas is seeking interested qualified Subcontractors for the Earthwork and Storm Drain Package for the new Lonoke County Justice Center to be constructed on Dee Dee Lane in Lonoke, Arkansas. To obtain bidding documents/instructions contact Charley Dawson at cdawson@alessikeyes.com or 501.225.6699. Bids are due no later than 2:00pm on November 24th, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bid Security of 5% of the bid amount or Cashier’s Check must accompany each bid in excess of $50,000. Performance and Payment bonds will be required. Bidders must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
