STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to invite experienced and qualified bidders (“Bidders”) to submit their detailed proposals (“Proposals”) for the supply of transportation services to satisfy the requirements of PSD as set out in the Scope of Services described in Schedule “A” attached hereto (“Scope of Services” or “Project”) and to maximize the benefits to PSD while offering Bidders an opportunity to participate.
