The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source purchase order to Mystaire, Inc., 1200 Telecom Dr., Creedmoor, NC 27522 for the purpose of the CA-3000 - CA Fuming Chambers. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 13.106-1(b)(l)(i) Only One Source Reasonably Available. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 423490. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
