Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction renovations of the Farmington Senior Activity & Wellness Center will be received by the City of Farmington at Farmington City Hall, 354 W. Main, Farmington, AR 72730 until 11:00 A.M. on Thursday December 11, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of renovations of the public restroom, loading dock, addressing bird infiltration, new HVAC systems, and miscellaneous construction improvements. Information to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained from Crafton Tull.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders
may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide
bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
