REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Town of Poyen is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from engineering firms to provide design and construction services for a pressure sewer force main project.
The project is proposed to be funded by a combination of Grant and Loan, from the Arkansas Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Division.
Procedures for the selection of an engineer will be in accordance with Federal procurement requirements and the procurement requirements of the State of Arkansas.
Interested parties are invited to submit a SOQ to Mr. Scott Riggan, Mayor, Poyen City Hall, P.O. Box 211, Poyen, Arkansas 72128, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
