The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) invites applications from public, private, and nonprofit delivery and commercial service providers to fund cleaner transportation vehicle types. Eligible vehicles include low-power and unconventional vehicles like pedal bicycles, electric-assisted bicycles, electric motor scooters, and electric motorized bikes, as well as electric Class 1, 2, or 3 non-passenger vehicles.
This document describes the Clean transportation for delivery and commercial services grant, including information on who may apply for funding, match requirements, activities eligible for funding, and other information that will help applicants submit an application. Applications are due no later than 4:00 pm Central Time on Friday, March 14, 2025.
