ICBC is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor as a long-term partner for its Customer Experience related training initiatives. This vendor will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering a variety of customer experience and customer service training programs. These programs will be provided in a timely, effective, and efficient manner, on an as-needed basis across the Province of British Columbia.

Prospective vendors can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.

All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal. It is the prospective vendors’ sole responsibility to ensure that they have access to all new and updated information.
