RFP Utilities On-Call and Emergency Repair Services

The City has a need for on-call and emergency repair responder for water, wastewater and

stormwater services. The City intends to select at least three firms in order to assure that

adequate resources will be available to complete all required emergency repairs. The City of

Missoula’s Procurement procedures dictate that a Request for Proposals process be used to

identify the most qualified firms to perform these services.

The intent of this proposal is to identify a list of at least three (3) qualified firms to perform repairs

to water, sewer or stormwater mains. This list will be referred to as the Utility Main Infrastructure

Repair List. The City also intends to identify one (1) or more firms to provide services on minor

sewer system repairs. This list will be referred to as the Minor Sewer Repair List.
