Solicitation Summary
The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids
for the demolition, removal and proper disposal of two existing buildings located on-site at the Public Works Department, 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland.
The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Work contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the IFB.
Interested bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid/site visit scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025, between 10 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Public Works Main Facility located at 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715. Please contact the Project Manager, LaNel Sartin at 240-508-5163 to reserve a spot.
All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this IFB are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at

, prior to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Friday, November 14, 2025, to all those who

Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City through the Bid Locker platform at

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting.
A link to join the meeting will be emailed to all parties who have registered with Bid Locker regarding this IFB. All blanks on each form provided by the City in connection with this IFB must be filled in, and no change shall be made to any part of the text of the form.
