The City of Phoenix on behalf of the Finance Department, Risk Management Division, invites sealed statements of qualifications for Liability Claim Adjustment, Subrogation, and Vehicle Damage Appraisal Services for a five-year period, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein. It is the City's intent to award and create a qualified vendor list of independent adjusting firms and to distribute assignments at the City's discretion.
