Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Historic Preservation Update.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on November 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST . Due Date:  December 1, 2025, by 2:00 PM EST. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Proposals will be opened via Microsoft Teams Meeting - See Details in the document to join the meeting or dial 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID: 197 920 528# and you will be conferenced in.
