Description

The contractor shall perform monthly inspections of entire system and provide detailed field report of findings and recommendations. The contractor shall perform quarterly maintenance and provide detailed service report listing all tasks performed and recommendations for repair. The contractor shall perform an annual maintenance and provide detailed service report listing all tasks performed and recommendations for repair. The Contractor shall perform emergency and non-emergency repairs of the system as needed. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete this service contract.
