THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED... The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.

PURPOSE. The purpose of the solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a contractor for a software or cloud-based solution to be used by the Office of the State Auditor (OSA) to manage the audit engagement process and allow audit teams to collaboratively complete and review workpapers while in the office or at the client’s location.

CONTRACT TERM. The anticipated initial contract term will be from May 1, 2025, or the date of contract execution whichever occurs later, through April 30, 2027. The contract may be extended for up to an additional 60 months, in increments as determined by the State, through a duly executed amendment.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is October 23, 2024, at 4:30 p.m., Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Randa at Elizabeth.Randa@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
