Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for Mississippi Greenway: NPS Park Over Highway Wall Repair in St. Louis City, Missouri.  This work consists of the repair of two (2) vehicle barrier walls in the Luther Ely Smith Square/Park Over the Highway area of Gateway Arch National Park and includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications.
