The Former Gracemount Elementary School Site RFQ invites real estate development project teams to submit qualifications to redevelop 3 acres of vacant land in Cleveland's Lee-Harvard Neighborhood in Ward 1. This opportunity is part of Mayor Bibb's Southeast Side Promise Initiative. A Letter of Intent is requested from each project team intending to submit qualifications. LOIs should be submitted by January 3, 2025. Project teams should review the Lee-Harvard Community Master Plan before submitting their qualifications by February 3rd, 2025 at 4 pm EST.
