Project Description: The City of Lehi hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”, is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide construction manager / general contractor (“CM / GC”) services for the Lehi City Water Department Storage Building (the “Project”). The contract documents will be created by Galloway & Company, LLC and shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Architect”.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 19th, 2026 at 2:00pm at 2538 North 300 West, Building A, Lehi UT, 84043.
