THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.
PURPOSE. The State of Minnesota has a need to support mission critical and operational applications and workflows with geospatial capabilities. These applications and workflows are typically provided as software packages by commercial vendors who license and support proprietary or non-proprietary software solutions. Such platforms may also include geospatial data, technical support, and training.
The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase such platforms. The awarded contract(s) is intended to be an enterprise-wide contract and may be available to the Minnesota Geospatial Information Office, Minnesota State agencies, and Cooperative Purchasing Ventures members.
CONTRACT TERM. The anticipated initial contract term will be from May 1, 2025, or the date of contract execution whichever occurs later, through April 30, 2027.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is November 14, 2024, at 4:30 p.m., Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Randa at Elizabeth.Randa@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
SWIFT HELP DESK. Responders needing help with registration or assistance navigating the SWIFT system may contact the Vendor Assistance Helpdesk at 651.201.8100 Option 1.
