The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Operations Services Division, and Fish and Wildlife Division requests proposals from consulting firms for professional services to perform all work necessary to prepare construction plans and specifications along with providing technical assistance during the bidding process and construction administration of the State Fair Fish Pond 6, Replace Water Control Structure project.
Fish Pond 6 is located at the Department of Natural Resources, Region 3 Headquarters’ Campus at 1200 Warner Road in St. Paul, Minnesota. This excavated fish holding pond is over 140 years old and the concrete water control structure with access catwalk and stairway of unknown age needs to be replaced.
