This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), has awarded a sole source Purchase Order to PRESENCE COMMUNICATION SA under FAR authority 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) September 1, 2025. The Point of contact is Naomi Collier via Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov . The order is for interpreter services for the IDEC conference in Nashville, TN. for which the Government awarded to PRESENCE COMMUNICATION SA ; 24 BOHEY DONCOLS, WILTZ/LUXEMBOURG 9647. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541930 – Translation and Interpretation Services. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition was based on the urgent and compelling need of the government. This special notice is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This notice is being posted in accordance with FAR 6.305 Availability of the justification.
