The contractor shall provide all management, labor, insurance, equipment, materials, supplies, and all others necessary to accomplish the repair and complete maintenance on Steris medical equipment in the 319th Medical Group within 90 days of awarded contract. The clinic requires a comprehensive service maintenance that covers the cost of replacing OEM & Non-OEM parts, OEM recommended maintenance & safety standards, scheduled maintenance labor, scheduled maintenance parts, travel charges, repair labor, repair parts, 24/7 technical support, and a minimum on-site service response time of 48 hours. The contractor is to conduct comprehensive service maintenance and repair for two steam sterilizers in the Dental Clinic to maintain and restore the units to meet its original specifications.
