City of Lethbridge
The City’s current property appraisal services contract is expiring on July 1, 2025. In alignment with the City’s procurement guidelines and in the interest of transparency, we are seeking proposals for service. The successful proponent will work directly with the City’s two Risk Advisors to complete annual property appraisals on assets insured by the City of Lethbridge. The City of Lethbridge is home to over 106,000 people and has a wide array of facilities including but not limited to municipal infrastructure (water, storm water, waste water, electric, transportation, waste and recycling), recreation and cultural facilities (aquatics, ice centers, cultural gardens and historic sites, parks, performance theatres and arenas, a museum, libraries, various sporting venues, cemeteries), Fire and EMS and Police Services facilities, Transit services, administrative buildings and an airport.
The City is seeking the services of a professional property appraisal firm to perform a comprehensive valuation of our assets to ensure accurate, timely and reliable property values for insurance purposes.
