P477 Foam Storage Container

The County of Orange, John Wayne Airport, (hereinafter referred to as “County” or “JWA”) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for a fabrication and delivery of a storage container for firefighting foam enclosure (“Foam Storage Container Enclosure”) related to the P477 project to support the transition from aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) to fluorine-free foam (F3). The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the County and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions and scope of work. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the County’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. JWA is seeking the fabrication of a storage container for a firefighting foam enclosure to be de livered at the Orange County Fire Authority Fire Station 33 , located at 374 Paularino Ave., Costa Mesa, CA 92626 as part of the P477 ARFF Sto rmwater & Materials Storage Improvements project.
