Wilson Pike 16" Water Line & Ellendale Area Water Line Project

Sealed bids will be received for Wilson Pike 16" Water Line & Ellendale Area Water Line Project by the City of Brentwood through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement , until 2:00 pm , local time, on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 , at which time said bids will be publicly opened. Electronic submission is the preferred method. The City of Brentwood reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a bid, and to accept any bid, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City.

The project consists of approximately 3,200 LF of 16-inch ductile iron water line, 110 LF of 12-inch ductile iron water line, 1,020 LF of 6-inch ductile iron water line, polyethylene encasement, 560 LF of 1-inch PEXa service line, seven (7) water line tie-ins, along with fittings, valves, hydrants, concrete, pavement repairs, erosion control, traffic control and other required appurtenances for a complete project. Contractor shall submit qualification information as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders along with bid. Award, if award is made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder on the Total Base Bid on the bid proposal form.
