DESCRIPTION:

The Naval Research Laboratory is searching for potential sources that are capable of meeting the requirements described below for ESM DSP & Software Development Services:

The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform research for the ESM Branch in the following areas:

  • RF Analog-to-Digital Conversion (ADC) Hardware Integration
  
  
  • Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Software Development
  
  
  • Electronic Support (ES) Software Development
  
  
  • Software Validation and Verification
  
  
  • Configuration Management and Control
  
  
  
  

The intent of this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is to:

1. Determine if an adequate number of qualified, interested contractors capable of meeting the specifications described above exist; and

1. Determine if the contractor can meet the requirements in the Draft SOW.

NRL asks that the interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information:

1. Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) with associated contact information


2. Business Size/Socioeconomic Category for the identified NAICS


3. Unique Entity ID and/or CAGE Code


4. List of capabilities/resources relevant to the attached draft SOW


5. Prior experience of similar scope/complexity of taskings in the attached draft SOW


6. A list of job titles and qualifications suggested for this effort


7. Any questions/suggestions related to this procurement
