The goal of this organizational development program is to cultivate a high-performing, resilient, and engaged workforce within USAID/Sri Lanka and Maldives mission. By focusing on strengthening leadership, communication, and conflict management skills, while simultaneously promoting work-life balance, stress management, and time management techniques, this program aims to enhance both individual and team effectiveness.
