PURPOSE: The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to purchase (3) three Spartan Model 821 Class 1 Sound Level Meters, (3) three X21-ACC Accessory Kits for Sound Expert and Spartan Sound Level Meters, (6) six Instrument Tri-pods, or approved equal.
