The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This project will standardize ten Temporary Lodging Facility (TLF) units across five buildings (B7204, B7206, B7208, B7210, B7212) through a comprehensive renovation. Each building houses two units, all of which will receive identical upgrades to achieve a consistent level of quality, finish, and sustainability. The project will adhere to sustainable principles and life cycle cost-effectiveness outlined in UFC 1-200-02. Refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more information.
Site Visit:
The Government invites you to a site visit on Wednesday, 09 April 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. To attend, please RSVP via an email to the POC NLT 10:00 AM CST on 08 April 2025. If you do not contact the POC by 10:00 AM CST on 08 April 2025, you will not be able to attend the site visit.
RSVP and Base Pass: When RSVP, please provide the full name of each attendee to be granted base access.
Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID.
Vehicle Requirements: If driving, ensure the driver has their driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.
Arrival: Please arrive early at the Security Force's Visitors Center (prior to the 10:00 AM start time) to allow for base pass processing. An escort will meet you there and guide you to the site visit locations. The site visit will require travel between two separate locations.

All RFIs must be submitted NLT 12:00 PM CST, on 14 April 2025.
IAW FAR 36.204(f) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
NOTE:
Contractors/Offerors must complete CUI Training Slides; sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Once the POC has received your signed MFR, please request access to the locked documents through SAM.gov. Your MFR will be reviewed and access to the lock SAM.gov documents will be granted accordingly.
