Commons on Vine Renovations

Project Description: The Lancaster County Convention Center Authority (“the Authority”) will receive sealed Bids for Prime Contracts for the Commons on Vine Renovation, until 10:00 AM. prevailing time, on Thursday, October 31, 2024, online via the PennBid System. Bidding will open at 10:00 AM on October 4, 2024 and all bid documents and solicitation details are available at no cost through PennBid at

The awarded bidder will be responsible for all the PennBid fees.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 10, 2024 the Lancaster County Con-vention Center, Vine Street Lobby, Lancaster, PA 17603
Awarding of bids will take place at the regularly scheduled Authority meeting on November 14, 2024 at 5:30 PM.
During the bidding period, please submit all questions and substitution requests via the Messages tab on PennBid. Do not call or email the architect or the Authority. Substitution requests will only be accepted during the bidding period, subject to the requirements outlined in the contract documents. Optional material substitution requests will not be considered after the date and time stated below or during the construction phase. Questions and substitution requests will not be accepted after 12:00 noon, Wednesday October 23, 2024.
The project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO, and Commonwealth of Pennsylva-nia payroll submittals are required. Bids may be subject to Bid Deductibles and Unit Prices.
The Lancaster County Convention Center Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formalities in the Bidding process.
No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the proposal without the consent of York Housing Authority.
