Project Description: Richland County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Content Management System to redesign the Economic Development (RCEDO) website last updated approximately 10 years ago. RCEDO seeks an updated website with a new, visually improved, and modern interface. The new dynamic site enables viewers with limited computer experience to easily find and access information. The site will act as a marketing tool for RCEDO to highlight the community, its assets, and attractions to potential residents and businesses. The end goal is to have a site that is easy to update, modify, and incorporate additional value-added integrations.
