This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responsible firms believing they can provide the complete requirements of the Batteries for Mobile Equipment must contact the Contract Specialist identified below in writing within three (3) days of this notice and submit a capability package which will be reviewed for consideration. 1. Quantity 1 - Part# Battery Type 40-H120-09 Delta White, IST9059, Hydrasaver, 80 volts, 500 Amp Hour, 35.69 x 25.31 x 31.44, with cover, approximate weight 3380 lbs

Quantity 2 Part# Battery Type 18-D125-21 360 volts, 1250 Amp hour, Battery Dimensions maximum battery size 38 3/16 wide x 24 9/16 deep x 31 7/19 high, with factory installed 18 cell battery watering technology watering system (K1800TB4.5PA), with factory installed I-Lite Sensor (EMS1000), hinged top, 350 amp gray Anderson connector
