SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - S23 PerkinElmer Three-Rack Autosampler at West Point, NY

The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) is issuing this solicitation for the PerkinElmer S23 Three Rack AutoSampler, at West Point, NY. The Period of Performance (POP) is 11 August 2025 – 10 October 2025.

This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS code 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, size standard is 1,000 employees and PSC is J066.

In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the SAM system.

Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation and documents issued, as criteria stated in the solicitation shall govern.

Request for Proposal (RFP) IS DUE NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, JULY 7, 2025, AT 11:00 AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME.

All interested offerors must review all the attached documents and complete, sign and return the attached Solicitation W911SD-25-R-A020 to Ms. Tara D’Amico by e-mail, at Tara.M.Damico.civ@army.mil no later than Thursday, July 7, 2024 by 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time, in order to be considered for award.

All interested offerors must e-mail their proposals with the completed Solicitation W911SD-25-R-A020 with complete pricing no later than Thursday, July 7, 2025 by 11 am. Eastern Standard Time.

The Solicitation W911SD-25-R-A020 must be signed, dated and the clauses incorporated by full text must be completed and checked with an “X” where applicable.
