This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, following FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1. The solicitation number is H91270522226. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded.

2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025.

3. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and the associated NAICS code is 237130 (Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction), Small Business Size Standard $45.0M.

4. Below is the Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) breakdown:

5. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 548th CTS requires MPU5 Mesh Radio System upgrade at JRTC and needs sector antennas to be mounted on permanent towers within the Fort Johnson Training Area. The Joint Readiness Training Center does not have personnel on staff to climb the towers and certify the engineering assessments. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, and transportation required to accomplish this work; the antennas will be provided.

Contractor shall install antennas at approximately 250 ft above the base of towers oriented toward a central point, under the direction of 548th personnel. 548th will provide CAT 6 cable along with all necessary installation brackets. Contractors shall provide cable ties or appropriate equipment to secure the CAT6 cable to the tower. The CAT6 cable will be routed into the structure below the tower, 548th personnel will connect the cables to a central power supply.
