Description

Description of Proposed Work: Post is proposing to rebuild a former drainage structure in front of the south side of ECAC, connecting it to an existing drainage manhole for the Mcal Lopez Avenue RSSI Barrier. The existing manhole is equipped with two 2HP electric pumps that will help to quickly remove the water to the avenue.



Contractor must comply with the following:






  1. Contractor must scan the affected ground area to find pipes and/or obstacles in the initial requested drainage to adjust proposal to onsite requirements.

  2. Contractor must survey the area and update the proposal according to their expertise, findings and/or suggestions.

  3. The slope of the drainage can be modified according to the needs per findings in point number 1 and 2.

  4. Contractor will be allowed to propose modifications according to their findings on points 1 and 2 and submit them to the project COR for approval.

  5. Once the final proposal with all the modifications is approved contractor will begin the construction phase

  6. Once the project is finished contractor must provide as build drawings with all the details of the project (Structural details, general details, etc)
