Description

Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a contractor to provide and deliver PT and OT for the Rehabilitation Service equipment listed in this SOW. Items include Therapeutic and training tools for limited mobility patients. These units are needed to provide rehabilitation therapy throughout the facility. The contractor will be required to supply these items in accordance with this statement of work and in a cost effective, efficient, and safe manner, while in accordance with the VA Mission
