2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. The City of Montevideo, MN is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide planning services to the City of Montevideo for its 2050 Comprehensive Plan update.  A complete copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the city of Montevideo’s website . The proposals shall be made in accordance with the specifications and must be submitted by Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 4 p.m. Proposals (pdf format) can be submitted electronically to Jessica Dahms, Community Development Coordinator, at cdd@montevideomn.org . Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Jessica Dahms by 8 a.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026.
