Sealed proposals for the Town of Breckenridge 2026 9600 Fiber Project (Project No. 312-001-002-2026) shall be received electronically by the Town of Breckenridge, a Colorado municipal corporation, at

, until 12:00 PM, local time, on March 20, 2026. Bids will be opened electronically, and bidders will be notified of results. The Town of Breckenridge reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.

The project primarily consists of:
The intent of this RFP is to solicit a general contractor capable of performing and managing all work required to install conduit and splice ready fiber for the 2026 phase of the project. The work includes, but is not limited to: excavation, vault installation; conduit placement, fiber cable pulling and testing, and splice enclosures; roadway, concrete, and landscape restoration; traffic control including pedestrian and bicycle detours; permitting; utility potholing and documentation; as-built information, and project record keeping.
