Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Belgium will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to obtain gardening services for the parc attached to the ING Building in Etterbeek, Brussels.
The Government is planning a site visit and may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion but may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with 4 option years.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
