The Town of Wethersfield seeks proposals from qualified construction company or consulting firms that can provide all design-build services related to construction of a new multisport synthetic turf field in Mill Woods Park located at 154 Prospect Street. The multisport field will be approximately 100,000 square feet in size with permanent markings and amenities to accommodate football, soccer, field hockey, and both boy’s and girl’s lacrosse. The Town will execute one comprehensive contract to a “General Contractor” who can be either a construction company, architectural/engineering consulting firm or other qualified entity for the design and construction of the field by a “Design-Build Team”.
