Project Description: The Municipality of Norristown is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the turnkey installation of six (6) License Plate Reader (LPR) systems at designated intersections along Marshall Street within Norristown, Pennsylvania. The purpose of this project is to deploy advanced LPR technology to enhance public safety and assist in crime deterrence and investigation. This project is funded through a Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) Violence Intervention and Prevention (VIP) Grant, and the selected contractor must comply with all applicable grant requirements.
