This is a Notice of intent to award to a small business that is an authorized distributor. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a requirement for Expansion of Rodent Testing Capacity using the Davis Rig Gustometer System and the Operant Conditioning Package for mice, including software, for the White River Junction Vermont VA Medical Center. The applicable NAICS code is 541715. The PSC/FSC is AJ11. The authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b): Soliciting from a single source.
