INVITATION TO BIDDERS

City of Loveland

Nisbet Park Amphitheater

Bids for the Loveland Nisbet Park Amphitheater project will be received by the City of Loveland at the Loveland City Hall, 120 W. Loveland Avenue, Loveland, Ohio 45140, until Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work: The project will remove the existing amphitheater and replace with a new amphitheater. The project will include the demolition of the existing amphitheater and seating. The new amphitheater will be in a new location on site and will include a covered stage, changing room and utility closet. The stage will have platforms and stairs that lead from the front of the stage down to a concrete dance floor at the base. Lighting and power will be provided for the stage. A new sidewalk will connect the bike trail to the stage. Landscaping will be provided around the project area. The site will require regrading.

This project is Federally assisted, contracts to be awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to Federal laws and related acts that are referenced in this Bid package.

This agreement is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (“IIJA”), Pub. L. 177-58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget’s Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18,2022

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 9:00 am at the Loveland City Hall, 120 W. Loveland Avenue, Loveland, Ohio 45140. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
