Project Description: Generally, the alterations include conversion of the District Office area to educational and office
space serving the Primary School. Several existing classrooms will also be renovated, in order to
add Individual toilet rooms where needed, including new casework and finishes replacement.
The project includes several alternate bids, including carpet replacement and a new canopy at
the entrance to the building on the east side, adjacent to the parent drop-off area.
The Project will be constructed under a multiple prime-contracting contract arrangement.
