Overview

Summary

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-site video broadcasting system maintenance and engineering services. This service includes configurations, new equipment installation when needed, troubleshooting, equipment system maintenance, and repairs of legacy AV, VOIP, HDSDI, 4K, photography, and videography equipment, NDI network, multiple secured networks, desktop support for windows and apple devices, storage management of petabyte scale storage, 10G IP network, MAM software, as well as occasional live event support.

The Vendor will also provide related consulting services for all equipment owned and operated by SPTV in the City Council Chambers, Room 100, the SPTV control room and SPTV studio space.

Background

SPTV provides a feed to Spectrum, Frontier, Wow, a web-stream on the city's website, as well as streaming on YouTube. SPTV operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and annually produces over 500 hours of original programming.
