Epcor
EPCOR intends to award one Master Service Agreement (“MSA”; Contract) with a Contractors for Tree Trimming Services in Collingwood, ON and surrounding area. The MSA will have an initial term of three (3) years with the option to extend the initial term for three (3) subsequent successive one (1) year terms, in EPCOR’s sole discretion. EPCOR, at its discretion, will confirm actual start and end dates for the Work upon finalizing the Contract.
