NOTICE OF INTENT TO LEASE SPACE

USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION



The U.S. Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition for additional space for the Transportation Security Administration in San Antonio, TX at the San Antonio International Airport.



General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: TX

City: San Antonio

Delineated Area: North: East Nakoma Drive/Skyplace Blvd/NE Entrance Rd/Wurzback Pkwy

East: Wetmore Rd

South: NE Interstate 410 Loop

West: MacAllister Fwy/Jones Maltsberger Rd/Sandau Rd/San Pedro Ave

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,748

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,748

Space Type: Other

Additional Requirements: The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.



HVAC shall be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).



Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space.
