The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Regulatory Services Division (RSD) administers the Texas On-Road Vehicle Emission Testing (TORVET) program for Texas. DPS seeks a Contractor-provided, Contractor-hosted service to collect direct vehicle emission readings within specified locations and at intervals determined by the DPS per the scope outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
